Starlings migrate to the UK from Eastern Europe every winter, sometimes flying in mesmeric unison before settling to sleep at sunset.
Since October, huge flocks have been gathering at over the sea in Brighton at dusk. Read about my first visit to experience them.
Join writer, Katherine McMahon and I in Brighton where you’ll be guided to come into full presence with the starlings, and then explore this in wild words in a nearby watering hole as we warm up.
All welcome. No experience of mindfulness or writing necessary.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to register your interest. We will then email you the day before the event with the meeting point (which will depend on where the starlings have been recently sighted) and the time (likely to be 4pm, finishing by 7pm).
